New Client Interview
Once we have a agreed on a start date, we have a conversation with the point of contact for the cleaning from your organization. We cover all the do’s and don’ts, the special things you’d like us to pay close attention to and other details that will help the cleaning crew become familiar with your facility. Our supervisor will convey this information to the cleaning crew during the tour of the facility prior to starting work.
Either your Account Representative or Area Supervisor are always just a call or email away. However, we also have a logbook at each facility where you can leave comments or feedback as to how we can make things easier for you.
